The Sleeping Giant is an omnipresent icon of Thunder Bay. I suspect it was here when the first humans arrived in the region, and will likely remain after we are gone. I've lived in the area for nearly 40 years and still enjoy the various vantage points Thunder Bay offers to view the unique landscape of this portion of Lake Superior. I took this photo from Hillcrest Park.
